Donating publicly traded securities—such as stocks, bonds, or mutual funds—directly to our charity is one of the most tax-efficient ways to give. When you transfer investments “in kind” (without selling them first), you won’t pay capital gains tax on any increase in value.
The process is simple: your financial institution transfers the securities directly to our charity using a Letter of Direction. You’ll receive a charitable tax receipt for the fair market value of the securities on the date of transfer.
This type of donation can make a significant impact while offering excellent tax benefits.
In kind donations to Just One Hope can be done through Canada Helps website.

Making the Most of Your Donation
The Board of Directors of Just One Hope expresses heartfelt gratitude to our donors for their generous support, which sponsors individual students or other causes within our ministry. While we aim to apply donations based on donor preferences, the Board retains the authority to allocate funds as needed. If a specific need is fulfilled, donations will be redirected to the most pressing area or a similar opportunity.
